This is the design of five bespoke flats in one of the most iconic buildings in Luanco, located in the Plaza del Reloj. Each flat receives a characteristic name that reflects the essence and personality of each one of them, starting with the Muelle Apartment in the basement with double height living room and en-suite bedroom that can be made independent thanks to the closing of the curtain, all the comforts in a large and bright space. On the ground floor with views of Calle Teatro and the Clock Tower of Luanco is the Vaivén Apartment, a beautiful flat adapted for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor is the Sirena Apartment, the most daring in lilac and yellow tones, and the Faro Apartment, from its large wooden gallery you can see the Ribera beach and the life of the neighbourhood. On the top floor of the building is the Pleamar Apartment, the largest and brightest with views of the Clock Tower and the sea. The furniture used in all the flats is Le Confort sofa bed, Hug armchairs, Luz rugs, Ghianda pouf, headboards and bicolour furniture designed by Miguel Reguero, lamps also of our design for Peralta, chairs by Andreu World and kitchen furniture by Santos.
