This is the design of five custom apartments within one of the most iconic buildings in Luanco located in the heart of Plaza del Reloj. Each apartment receives a characteristic name that reflects the essence and personality of each one of them, starting with the Muelle Apartment in the basement with a double-height living room and an en-suite bedroom that can be made independent thanks to the closing of the curtain, all the comforts in a spacious and bright space.

On the ground floor with views of Teatro Street and the Luanco Clock Tower is the Vaivén Apartment, a beautiful apartment adapted for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor is the Sirena Apartment, it is the most daring in lilac and yellow tones, and the Faro Apartment, from its large wooden gallery you can see the Ribera beach and the life of the neighborhood.

In the attic of the building is the Pleamar Apartment, it is the largest and brightest with views of the Clock Tower and the sea. The furniture used in all apartments is a sofa bed from Le Confort, Hug armchairs, Luz rugs, Ghianda pouf, headboards and two-tone furniture designed by Miguel Reguero, lamps also from our design for Peralta, chairs from Andreu World and kitchen furniture from Santos .
